What a fantastic picture!
Lots of good coaching points…some positives and some “can we improve ons”.
Will comment on these tomorrow. Will you agree with me?

1. Good ball position at the back of the scrum, on the 8′s right foot: 8 or 9 could easily pick and go.
Comment by Dan Cottrell October 12, 2009 @ 11:15 am2. One lock has straight legs, therefore no drive, and the other bent back. Reduced push means blue back row are up and looking.
3. Blue have managed a slight wheel on their loose head, meaning easier ball to defend.
4. The blue loose head has a good back position and stronger core (look at his bind to see this). His legs could be a little more under him, to add a bit more drive.
